All orders placed via our web app or mobile app are subject to kitchen availability and delivery radius validation. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment verification.

2. Pricing & Delivery

Prices displayed include applicable taxes. Delivery fees are dynamically calculated based on delivery distance from our cloud kitchens. Free delivery applies above designated minimum order thresholds.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before kitchen preparation begins. Refunds for eligible cancelled orders are processed automatically to the original payment method or credited to your Mr CakeWala wallet.

4. Quality Guarantee

We pride ourselves on fresh, 100% vegetarian and premium eggless bakes. In the rare event of transit damage or quality concerns, reach out to our customer support within 2 hours of delivery with photos for instant resolution.
